First batch of update in March

bullet-pending branch is now merged into master and 14.2 since glPortal
has a working tree upstream and it's now included in this batch.
FlightGear also released their first update in 2017.

Good news for tor users, tor 0.2.9.x is now marked LTS series and it
will be supported until January 2020.

There are some scripts being dropped:
- bar -> lemonbar
- electron-prebuild -> electron
- thermal_daemon -> thermald

As you may noticed, there are several commits involving changing  GitHub
URLs. The new URLs will results in consistent source filename downloaded
both via wget or browser. If your scripts uses sources from GitHub, it's
probably worth to check and update them accordingly.
