[Slackbuilds-users] ham/qrq: Pulseaudio or OSS sound support?

Since pulseaudio is now supported in Slackware and OSS is deprecated,
it's wise to provide out-of-the-box functionality for the package.

Please make a note in the comment section so that it will be included in
the git commit message.
