I have an impression that it's not important what to write after
https://github.com/bardsoftware/ganttproject/archive/ganttproject-2.8.3/

If we write
https://github.com/bardsoftware/ganttproject/archive/ganttproject-2.8.3/foo.tar.gz
"foo.tar.gz" will be download.  Thus,
https://github.com/bardsoftware/ganttproject/archive/ganttproject-2.8.3/ganttproject-2.8.3.tar.gz
should be perfect.
