I'm sorry but there's a mistake in this update to opencv-4.0.0. I've
pushed a correction but in the meantime it can be fixed by changing the
line:
    if [ -d /usr/etc/qt5 ]; then
to
    if [ -d /usr/include/qt5 ]; then
