There are things that depend on google-go-lang that are not building here:
runc, containerd, docker-proxy and docker
All them return the error:
go: cannot find GOROOT directory: /usr/lib64/go1.11.3/go

google-go-lang was upgraded to 1.11.4 by using 'sbocheck' and 'sboupgrade
--all'

Anyone have any idea about what's going on?
