Whoever takes splix should take jbigkit. I don't want splix as I haven't
got any of the printers it supports... but if nobody steps up & takes
splix, I'll take jbigkit rather than see it removed from the repo (I've
used it in one of my personal half-finished projects, which may one day
be finished).

I may take some of the perl modules, if nobody else wants them, but
please don't anybody save them for me.
