[Slackbuilds-users] perl-Try-Tiny and decklink-sdk not working

The Slackbuilds script expects version 0.28 by default, a version that has
already been superseded by version 0.29. Straightforward to work around,
but I thought I'd let you guys know.

As for decklink-sdk, the sources that it tries to download are not
available at the repository.
