[Slackbuilds-users] updated version of fop

It took a little longer than expected (work and Chrismas kind of got in the
way), but as the new maintainer I have submitted an updated SB for fop (to
2.4).  Once it's available, if anybody has any issues with it please let me
know.  Thanks.
