[Slackbuilds-users] Update for MongoDB

I managed to build ver. 4.0.9 with your script with the following
additional dependencies:
PyYAML 3.13
python-cheetah (2.4.4)
scons 3.0.5

Worth noting that any database on 3.4 or earlier needs to be upgraded
successively to every major release til 3.6 before it can be migrated to 4.x
