I prefer using the PyPi (i.e. pythonhosted.org) tarballs since it's how the 
developer intended the package to be distributed. In some cases, it actually 
matters, and the PyPi version will be bundled in a way you don't get from, 
say, GitHub. I doubt it matters for defusedxml, though.
