Yes, this happens if there have been package that needs to
be removed first and is still there when you want to compile
Beautifulsoup. Saw this with llvm when building inkscape:

Best to remove any existing packages in the tree you want to compile
AFTER BeatifulSoup first before compiling Beautiful Soup...
