I've just had a test build - python3-PyQt5 and python3-PyQtWebEngine
will build without qt5-webkit, but I think it will take some testing
to see if each application at the end of the chain would run or not.
So at the moment it looks like qt5-webkit could be optional for
python3-PyQt5.
