It's because the system is tightly linked with the backend on SBo
infrastructure. Also, we have a secondary server running while the main
server was being moved so the repository is still updated as you can see
in this page: https://git.slackbuilds.org/slackbuilds/

Anyway the migration is completed now and we will reopen submission
after i merged all changes back to master this weekend.
