[Slackbuilds-users] Michiel van Wessem's builds

Michiel offered up all his builds a couple years ago... most of them
still list him as maintainer, meaning nobody took him up on the offer.

I've taken the following (in my git branch):

libraries/libopenraw
graphics/raw-thumbnailer
libraries/lame
office/evince
network/sshfs-fuse
libraries/exempi

This still leaves quite a few. I have zero interest in using or
maintaining KDE-based builds, so it'd be nice if someone else
could pick these up:

desktop/crystal
libraries/gtk-qt-engine
multimedia/kaffeine-mozilla
multimedia/kaffeine
network/konversation
office/kchmviewer

Then there are a few non-KDE builds, if anyone wants them:

libraries/gtksourceview
libraries/yaz
misc/asr-manpages
misc/funny-manpages
multimedia/gst0-plugins-bad
multimedia/gst0-plugins-ugly
system/chkrootkit

I could take those, rather than see them disappear from the repo, but
I've got a ton of stuff already. Any takers?
