I tested these:

Felix Pfeifer <pfeifer[dot]felix[at]googlemail[dot]com>
    audio/SuperCollider
    audio/Pd-extended
Michales Michaloudes <korgie at gmail dot com>
    audio/pd

They all work with jack2. For pd/Pd-extended jack is an
optional dependency.
