misc/goldencheetah has a dependency on qt5-webkit that I missed.  I
think the qt5 upgrade exposes some include dependency that's missing
in qt5-webkit (<QtWebKit> includes headers and can't find
<QSignalSpy>); I can't figure out what changed to make it stop
working.  Anyway, misc/goldencheetah is fixed in my branch.
