It seems some mirrors close to your location are outdated and didn't get
updated, since i tried to download it from here and it pointed me to
https://tenet.dl.sourceforge.net/project/wxpython/wxPython/3.0.2.0/wxPython-src-3.0.2.0.tar.bz2
and it's working fine.
