It looks like the package installs a script in /etc/profile.d/ that sets
environment variables (including PATH). Normally when a build does that,
its README explicitly says to log out and back in, after installing
the package.

The google-go-lang package does mention /etc/profile.d, but doesn't have
the "log out and back in" instructions. Maybe it should be mentioned
there? But, that README is already a mile long...
