I don't know about 0.15.0, but the version on SBo (0.13.0) builds for me on both -current and in 14.2. I'd test with the newer release, but the .info file looks like it must take some automation to prepare!

Had never heard of bat though, nice program (from the author of the excellent fd too). Seems to nicely replace both cat and less for cmd-line usage.
