[Slackbuilds-users] Version bumping SlackBuilds (sbup)

Hello all, here's a script I made for doing version bumps on SlackBuilds (I get tired of doing this by hand). The idea is you can do `sbup version` in a directory to version bump the .info and SlackBuild (i.e., version, download, and md5s).

I'm only new to Python so I'd appreciate any comments, code, or ideas. I'm sure much of this can be done in a better way.
