Not so. I just downloaded it with wget, and it was fine.

To the original poster: Do you have a custom User-agent string set
in your /etc/wgetrc or ~/.wgetrc perhaps? I used to spoof a Firefox
user-agent, and it broke wget downloads from sourceforge. You can
retry the download with "wget --user-agent wget <url>" and see if that
works.

Aside: 393K for an HTML page? Insane.
