[Slackbuilds-users] Texlive 2021 -extra/-docs

hi Johannes,

I was about to push both but I noticed that $VERSION in the
texlive-*.SlackBuild is defined dinamically based on $TEXMFVERSION:
it's ok if we define it directly as 2021.210418 so that is consistent
also with the texlive-*.info files?
thanks for the updated scripts!
