I need to upgrade python3-PyQt5 because the current version cannot access
postgresql tables.

Attempting to build PyQt5-5.15.4 halts at this error:
configure.py: error: '/usr/include/python3.7' is not a directory

There is a /usr/include/python2.7/ but a /usr/include/python3.7m/. Why the
difference in directory names? Could I rename 3.7m to 3.7?

I need to upgrade to build my business tracking application and can't wait
for a 15.0.
