https://www.lalescu.ro/liviu/fet/download/fet-6.7.5.tar.bz2 ...is 404 not found. Upstream moved it, it's at: https://www.lalescu.ro/liviu/fet/download/old/fet-6.7.5.tar.bz2 I grabbed it from that URL for sbosrcarch, so anyone who needs it can find it there. Maybe makes more sense to update the build for fet-6.7.6 though.
