[Slackbuilds-users] Tor is up for grabs

My PR has been created: https://gitlab.com/SlackBuilds.org/slackbuilds/-/merge_requests/293 
And it is tested in 15.0.
(hope the target branch, master, is the correct branch for the PR.)
