[Slackbuilds-users] Issues with new scripts for crelay

I am trying to make SBo scripts to build crelay 
(https://github.com/ondrej1024/crelay)

The sources come with a pre-made Makefile, which uses the path 
/usr/local/bin for the binary. What is the accepted way to change this 
using SBo scripts to /usr/bin? Do I make a patch for the Makefile and 
apply it during the build? Or is there a better way? Thank you for any hints
