I've updated this on my branch. I might have broken this actually when I 
approved the submission. I think I missed the capitalisation while 
looking at.

Using 
https://github.com/Alexays/Waybar/archive/0.9.20/Waybar-0.9.20.tar.gz 
works with clients that respect the content disposition header (which I 
used while testing the submission) and those that don't, both resulting 
in Waybar-0.9.20.tar.gz. The exploded tarball also always has an 
uppercase 'W' and is handled by the slackbuild as is.
