[Slackbuilds-users] Tests updating Lazarus to version 3.0

For winff:

Apparently the problem lies in the libQt5Pas.

When using a newer version from
https://github.com/davidbannon/libqt5pas/releases/tag/v1.2.15

winff version 20220903_8e4491b currently published in SlackBuilds.org
builds ok.

so the problem seems to be the winff dependecy on libqtpas package
(which in turn is based on very old Lazarus 2.0.12)
