Evidently, although I don't know how.  I had been using sboupgrade to
get new versions of zoom (as well as many other SBo packages)
installed.

So to start with a clean slate, I did
        # removepkg zoom-linux-5.13.4.711-x86_64-1_SBo
        # rm -rf /opt/zoom
        # installpkg .../sbo/pkgs/zoom-linux-5.13.5.431-x86_64-2_SBo.tgz
and now all is well.

I don't explain it, I just observe it.
