[Slackbuilds-users] mkvtoolnix must be rebuilt

After the latest upgrade of the cmark to version 0.31 mkvtoolnix-gui won't
run any more, for it is expecting to find libcmark 0.30. Things work again
once mkvtoolnix is rebuilt.
