[Slackbuilds-users] isodate is a python package

...So I assume that following the current naming rules @ SBo it should be split
in two or (as it has zero dependee @ SBo) just remove one line and name it
python3-isodate.

Before someone asks how I came across this: it is dependency of python-rdflib,
itself a dependency of zeitgest that I will build to add a feature to mate-tweak
(converting the PKGBUILDs from Arch to SLKBUILDs, sorry I do not have the time
needed to maintain SlackBuilds any more).
