People using 'sbopkg' to manage their SBo packages get an option to get 
sources from this archive automatically if a normal download fails.

If you don't plan on taking over maintenance, I believe it would be 
better not do a submission. It will be easier for the SBo admins to just 
change it in git without a submission, and one of them will most 
certainly read this soon.
