I wasn't aware there already was a sbotools3 package... I thought
Eugene was talking about switching sbotools to a fork that's actually
maintained. If that were the case, there'd be no need to rename the
source tarball.

Since there already is a sbotools3, I don't know what Eugene's got in
mind. Get rid of one or the other might be a good guess...?
