[Slackbuilds-users] Please list all direct dependencies as dependencies

protobuf-c directly depends on abseil-cpp. Not because its dependency, protobuf3, depends on it.

I don't think this was an optimization from the maintainer to not have it listed, but more like an oversight. Or maybe when he packaged it, the protobuf-c code was not directly using abseil-cpp, and then it changed over time.
