[Slackbuilds-users] template idea: --no-same-owner

I only remove the ARCH if/elif section if sbolint complains about both
not being used.  Not sure it's worth worrying about otherwise.

For example, this would be a good candidate:

sun: NOTE: sun.SlackBuild:60: SLKCFLAGS gets set, but never used.
sun: NOTE: sun.SlackBuild:61: LIBDIRSUFFIX gets set, but never used.
