Minor correction:
development cycle starts when ALPHA/BETA label is announced by Patrick, not
when a new version is released. It could be some time before a new version is
released, but also gives us time to clear all scripts in SBo to be compatible
with next Slackware version

We want to achieve same day release for Slackware version and SBo repo
