What would we use it for?

All the builds in our repo that require Java already work with
whichever zulu-openjdk* version they need... and possibly with newer
versions of zulu, as well (the .info file is supposed to list the
minimum required version).

It would only make sense to have an oracle JRE 8 build if someone
wants to add a slackbuild for something that really actually needs
oracle's java, and wouldn't work with any of the zulu-openjdk* or
openjdk* we already have.

Unlike the JDK, the JRE is useless by itself.
