[Slackbuilds-users] update to unmaintained bazel

I just installed bazel. While doing it I installed the latest of the 8.0 
series. Bazel is currently shown as unmaintained. I don't feel I am 
qualified to act as it's maintainer since I don't actually use it. I 
just installed it because something else I am gong to use uses it. Since 
it is listed as unmaintained I have attached the modified .info and 
.Slackbuild files rather than send them to the maintainer.
