Hi

In the last update, fmt was upgraded to 12.1.0 and it causes some
scripts to be broken but we managed to fix all of them (see
https://github.com/SlackBuildsOrg/slackbuilds/issues/13768).

We also managed to fix the long issue of ueberzugpp, but in the
process, we found out that waybar is also affected by fmt and it was
broken.

I tried several attempts, but still failed to build this with fmt
12.1.0. If anyone is using this application, please try to rebuild
waybar against latest fmt 12.1.0
