Thanks. Regarding that, a comment in my /etc/slackpkg/blacklist warns, 
"aaa_libraries should NOT be blacklisted!" ...

Safe to ignore that for the new aaa_glibc-solibs-2.42-x86_64-1_slack15.0?

Have the new signal-desktop SBo package installed - was worth the trouble.
