OpenJDK11 and OpenJDK17 are listed as dependencies for other builds.

We don't have a way to specify an AlienBOB package as a dependency. If
you remove OpenJDK11 and OpenJDK17, you break autofirma,
PrismLauncher, PrismLauncher-Unlocked, and sonarqube.
