[Slackbuilds-users] ceph package git question

While I've got this on my mind...

The ceph source tree makes extensive use of git submodules.  So much so 
that I've never managed to track down all of them and assemble them into 
a buildable source tree.  git clone / git checkout handles it 
flawlessly.

Is it allowed to have a package with no download URL and no MD5?
