Looking at that, it's in python3, and uses PyQt5, which we do have in 15.0.

It's really just a single Python script with some icons and a .desktop
file. Their qcontrolcenter-0.3.tar.xz is laid out like a Slackware
package, but it's also the "source".

If I install their package (qcontrolcenter-0.3-noarch-3dj.txz),
it does run, and pops up instructions on how to set up $HOME so the
application will actually do anything (without doing that, you get an
empty window). I didn't jump through all the hoops, so I dunno if it
really would work properly... but I bet it would.

That said. I don't want to maintain this, I'd never use it anyway.

Yeah, that makes me think it should just get removed. The only reason
I hesitate is because it was Didier's build, and Didier was a friend.
