Contrary to what is stated in the comment, this commit does indeed
update python3-evdev to version 2.0.0, which, in my opinion, requires
python 3.10.

When compiling Solaar using python3-evdev-2.0.0, the following error
occurs:

File "/usr/lib64/python3.9/site-packages/evdev/util.py", line 11, in <module>
    def list_devices(input_device_dir: str | bytes | os.PathLike = "/dev/input", writable: bool = True) -> list[str]:
TypeError: unsupported operand type(s) for |: 'type' and 'type'

The "str | bytes" syntax is supported only in versions 3.10+.

Solaar works fine with python3-evdev-1.9.3.
