Hi thanks for checking David.

Yes I'm using the script from SBo for hydrogen and all depends including portmidi. I AM using multilib as well (which I neglected to mention), but I am not using the 32 bit environment at all. All of my build commands look like so:

ARCH=x86_64 ./portmidi.SlackBuild

Does all this need to be built 32 bit instead or is there something I need to do differently because of the multilib?

Tim

On Wed, May 5, 2010 at 8:17 PM, David Woodfall <dave@unrealize.co.uk> wrote:
Hi all,

I'm trying to build hydrogen on Slack 13.0 64 and I've built and installed
all the dependencies but for some reason or other it looks like the portmidi
package doesn't include portmidi.h. I'll probably just explode, add it and
repackage but I figured I'd see if it's just me or something I'm not doing
right.

Tim, I just build portmidi and hydrogen with no problems and
portmidi.h is installed to /usr/include
Are you using the portmidi script from SBo too?

Almost forgot to add the error when I try to build hydrogen is just that it
can't find the portmidi header file. I checked the package and it's not in
there for me.
