We've got pysetuptools-0.8 in the ready queue, so I installed<br>
it and built everything that called for distribute to confirm<br>
that they still worked.  The results are in that branch.<br>
If anyone has any objections to merging that branch to master,<br>
I'd like to hear them :-)<br>
