If this software (any of it being talked about in this thread) is at all
useful or entertaining or whatever, and is just *qt4* and not *kde4*,
I doubt there's a need to remove it.

<p>As far as I understand this it depends on the final
$QTDIR/qt/plugins structure.</p>
<p>Even with a QT4 Slackbuild other QT4 Slackbuilds would need
modification.</p>
<p>if e.g . $QTDIR/qt/plugins will get the QT5 plugins path they
should not use this any longer.</p>
<p>If the QT5 Path will be e.g. /usr/lib64/qt5/ like in Gentoo then
things would be easy and the QT4 slackbuilds would <i>maybe</i>
just work.</p>
