so the problem seems to be the winff dependecy on libqtpas package

So doublecmd-qt5 and winff don't build with new Lazarus.

What is the SlackBuilds policy in this situation?

a) Stay with current Lazarus 2.2.6 and hope that all packages
will eventually build correctly? Who keeps checking this and
          how?

c) Other?
I would suggest to notify the maintainer to give them time to
solve the issue before upgrading to new version.

winff seems easy to fix, but doublecmd-qt5 might need more time
to fix or wait for upstream to support lazarus 3.0 and backport
        patch
