This person has been breaking two of the rules:<br>

- Submitting updates for other peoples' builds without permission.<br>

- Not basing his updates on our changes, when we have to change<br>
   something in one of his builds. E.g. anki does not require Markdown,<br>
   and we removed it from REQUIRES, but every time he updates anki, he<br>
   re-adds Markdown to REQUIRES.<br>

Since this has been going on for a while now, and we can't reach him<br>
to explain why this isn't allowed, we're giving up.<br>
<br>
If anyone would like to take over any of these builds, please send<br>
an update (submission form or PR/MR) setting yourself as maintainer,<br>
and whatever other changes you'd like to make. Most of them need<br>
version updates.<br>
<br>
Anything that hasn't been taken by the next weekly update will be<br>
orphaned. We don't like to do this, but the bogus updates have caused<br>
us headaches and extra work. We're done.<br>
