it appears that guidelines.html is where you add this link in the html, 
and naturally you can go on ahead and do that at any time, that's why i 
put those portions into .html includes for you afterall :)

it should be noted that i never once said i had any problem with anyone 
changing php code i've written, i simply would consider it very 
counterproductive to do so without making mention of it to me and anyone 
else who would ever be making changes to the code so I (or we if others 
start to take part in the php-writing) can have a solid idea of the 
codebase as a whole in mind.
